Tribute

LOUTH: Neville
October 3rd 1962 February 18th 2011
It is with sadness in my heart and tears in my eyes that I let everyone know that my best friend, husband and dad to 2 wonderful boys (Keaton & Tysen) has passed away peacefully in hospital. Neville passed away on February 18th, 2011. He is also survived by Joan Ayers (mother-in-law), Julian Ayers (brother-in-law), Doug & Shirley Louth (dad & step mom), Christopher & Evelyn (step siblings) and many relatives in England & Australia.
Neville’s life started in London England and for the next 6 years he moved to many different countries before his family settled in West Vancouver. Neville met his wife Sue in 1985 and within 6 weeks they were living together, five years later they married. Neville loved to work and figure out the workings of all mechanical things and in 1990 he became an Automotive Technician. In 92 Keaton was born and then Tysen in 94, and it was at that time that the family moved to the Cowichan Valley where they still reside.
I would like to thank Dr. O”Malley and everyone at the Cowichan Hospital for their help and support. Many thanks go out to all our family and friends for your love and support, your kindness & generosity is much appreciated.
Lastly I would like everyone to give your partners, your children, all of your family and friends a hug. Please tell them you Love them. Life is short and throws us many curve balls, so enjoy every day to the fullest.
Rest in Peace honey, you will be sadly missed, and know that we all loved you very much.
Sue

A Celebration of his Life will take place at the Moose Lodge, 2244 Moose Road Duncan BC, at 1PM on Saturday March 5th.
Flowers gratefully declined. Please make a donation in Neville’s name to the Duncan BC SPCA, and always be good to your pets. Online condolences may be offered at www.hwwallacecbc.com

I knew Neville from his working on my car for years. He always remembered my name and always went into great detail to explain what was wrong. I felt that I could trust him, that he was always honest with me. I am sorry for your loss. Dawn Deacon

Sue and boys, it is with much sadness that I heard of Nevilles passing and still do not believe it has happened. Your family has always been special to ours making this all the more unbelievable.
Neville was a special person making anyone who knew him a better person.
Tracey and I are in the middle of a trip on the prairies and will be unable to attend the service, but know that we will be with you in spirit on that day and forever.
Hugs, John Knapton

My sincere and heartfelt condolences to you and your family Sue.
Although many years have passed since I last saw Neville, I have very fond memories of our time together at Sentinel and a few years beyond.
I will never forget his delight in cranking and sharing his “state of the art” sound system with me. He gave me a new appreciation of what music really should sound like. I always think of Nev when I hear the band Rush.
With sadness,
Steve Adrian

I am so sorry to hear of Neville’s passing. I still cannot believe this has happened and I send my condolences to all the family, Sue. Such a sad time, but he was such a wonderful, kind and warm person. When I worked in Mill Bay and my car was in for service, he would bring it to my work, exchanging it for the loaner one that I had driven there. I did meet you and the boys at some local event and he was so proud to introduce me to you. I will remember him always.

Relation: Friend

Neville was my 1st real childhood friend and we remained close through many years. As kids we used to fish in a certain spot on Capilano River. It was a special place for me: peaceful, scenic and with a magical quality to the sunlight as it shone through the thick tree canopy to the water.

Over years we never caught a fish there but Neville’s friendship kept me coming back. Now, many years later I still often think of that place. When I learned of Neville’s death I went back there again. My memories will still be of my childhood friend with the soft lisp and the hours we spent together solving our problems.

Relation: Cousin

Our hearts, thoughts, and condolences go to the family and all that knew and loved Neville. May there be comfort in knowing that someone so special will never be forgotten.
