Neville Louth

October 3, 1962 - February 18, 2011

LOUTH: Neville
October 3rd 1962 February 18th 2011
It is with sadness in my heart and tears in my eyes that I let everyone know that my best friend, husband and dad to 2 wonderful boys (Keaton & Tysen) has passed away peacefully in hospital. Neville passed away on February 18th, 2011. He is also survived by Joan Ayers (mother-in-law), Julian Ayers (brother-in-law), Doug & Shirley Louth (dad & step mom), Christopher & Evelyn (step siblings) and many relatives in England & Australia.
Neville’s life started in London England and for the next 6 years he moved to many different countries before his family settled in West Vancouver. Neville met his wife Sue in 1985 and within 6 weeks they were living together, five years later they married. Neville loved to work and figure out the workings of all mechanical things and in 1990 he became an Automotive Technician. In 92 Keaton was born and then Tysen in 94, and it was at that time that the family moved to the Cowichan Valley where they still reside.
I would like to thank Dr. O”Malley and everyone at the Cowichan Hospital for their help and support. Many thanks go out to all our family and friends for your love and support, your kindness & generosity is much appreciated.
Lastly I would like everyone to give your partners, your children, all of your family and friends a hug. Please tell them you Love them. Life is short and throws us many curve balls, so enjoy every day to the fullest.
Rest in Peace honey, you will be sadly missed, and know that we all loved you very much.

A Celebration of his Life will take place at the Moose Lodge, 2244 Moose Road Duncan BC, at 1PM on Saturday March 5th.
Flowers gratefully declined. Please make a donation in Neville’s name to the Duncan BC SPCA, and always be good to your pets. Online condolences may be offered at www.hwwallacecbc.com

Dearest Sue, Keaton & Tysen. I can’t even begin to imagine the sadness you are feeling. I have such wonderful memories of time spent with Neville & Keaton when we were stay at home “moms”. He was such a proud papa! So much laughter with his unique sense of humor. I am so thankful to have known Neville and send my love your way. He loved you so very much!!

From: Margaret Symon
Relation: Duncan Hyandai

Neville was always cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable when I brought my vehicle in for servicing at Duncan Hyandai. We were saddened over the passing of a young employee at Hyandai a few years ago; more recently, Neville was sympathetic about the loss of our own son; now we offer sincere condolences to Neville’s family on another life taken too young. May the happy memories of good times spent with Neville sustain you as you move on.

Dear Sue, Tyson and Keaton,
We were shocked and saddened to hear of your loss. We felt blessed to have known Valerie for many years, and doubly blessed to have met and known Neville. We will miss seeing his warm smile and hearing news about your all. Sending many thoughts your way. Karen, Paul and kids.

From: Marilyn Weland
Relation: he was my mechanic

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Neville’s passing. We knew him for years, bringing in the old Excel for servicing. We called him no-shit Neville. Some time ago he told me to take the car off the road, I said, “aw, you don’t mean that.” He said “Yes I do!” I continued to drive the good old car, however on February 20 it developed a massive oil leak. It got me home, but it is beyond repair.
So wherever cars and mechanics go, Stinky has gone to find Neville.
I don’t know the family, but I am very sorry for your loss, he was a great guy.
