Allyson’s family is saddened and heartbroken by her sudden passing on June 21st at the Cowichan Regional Hospital in Duncan, BC. Our great thanks to the Nursing staff, Dr. Chester Morris and Dr. Jan Malherbe for their valiant effort on her behalf in the ICU. Allyson is predeceased by her Mother and Father, Robert A and Louise B. Foulis and her brother, Rev. Robert J.P. Foulis. She is survived by sister, Cheryl B.H. Leukefeld (George), brother Fergus A. Foulis and younger sister, Bernice I. Foulis (Gordon). She will be missed dearly by her many nieces and nephews and their children. She loved them all. Allyson also had many close relationships with friends from Salt Spring Island, Chemainus, Victoria, Prince George and the United States.
Allyson had a long career with CIBC as a Bank Manager, HLC with CIBC as a Mortgage Broker, Expert Mortgages, her own company and lastly, with the Mortgage Advantage as a Mortgage Broker for Vancouver Island.
In lieu of flowers, please play it forward and pass a gift card to McDonald’s to Homeless people you meet on the street or stop lights as Allyson always did. Or donate to Mercy Ships C/O Tim Maloney Rotary Club of Sydney by the Sea.

Relation: My very best friend and one of a close knit group of four that did everything together.
Allyson was one of very vest friends and she will be dearly missed. It is so unfair, she had so much more to give to life. I wanted to convey my condolences to her family and let them know I am praying and thinking of them every day and hope it helps them make it through this unexpected tragedy in their life. I miss you Allyson, you were like a sister to me, Rest In Peace.

I am so sorry to hear of Allyson’s passing. We were just getting to know each other again. She enjoyed talking and reminiscing about the extended family of Patterson & Foulis and bygone days. Even remembering her when she and Bernice we born in Point Grey. I wish I had known her longer. Our Condolences to all of you.

It is with great sadness that I’ve read of the sudden passing of Allyson. Allyson and I spent many years working together. I’ll always remember her great sense of humour. She was also a wonderful roommate while my husband was away on active duty. My sympathies and warm thoughts are with the family. Rest In Peace, Allyson.
