Skramstad _ Keith Eugene
March 6, 1959 – January 31, 2011 – With shock, sadness and great disbelief we have lost Keith on January 31, 2011. After a very short battle with cancer he passed away quietly at home with his wife and sister by his side. He has joined his brother Ken. E and may they both now be at peace. He leaves behind his wife of 25 years Lisa, his two daughters Victoria and Hannah, his son Ryan, parents Ken and Bernice, parents in-law Norm and Vicki Brooks, brother Larry (Linda), sisters Debbie (Lee) and Kathryn, brother in-law Tony Brooks (Debbie), granddaughter Casey, as well as many family and friends. Keith loved to fish and hunt, this past season being his best to date. Spending time with his family was of great importance to him especially with his best fishing and hunting buddy, his Dad. He will be missed more than anyone could ever understand. His battles were many but his triumphs were more. The family would like to thank Dr. Postuk for his above and beyond care during Keith”s last hours. We are very grateful. Also, thanks to everyone who dropped off food. coffee, hugs, and stories.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday February 12, 2011, from 1 – 3 pm at the Royal Canadian Legion (basement) 15 North Shore Road in Lake Cowichan. Online condolences may be offered at www.hwwallacecbc.com
