Tribute
John Yoerger Drew Hudson, 55, died suddenly but peacefully on March 14, 2013 in the company of friends. He was born on November 4, 1957 in Toronto, Ontario. John was preceded in death by his father John Drew Hudson (2009), and is survived by his mother Betty Hudson; siblings; Reid (Judy), Diane (Ian), Ross, Margo; children; John, Samantha, Hailey, and Leah, and their mother Mara; numerous nieces and nephews and many other relatives.John grew up in Toronto, Ontario, spending many happy summers at the family cottage in Huntsville. John came to Vancouver Island and settled in Honeymoon Bay, BC in 1983, where he raised his family and continued to reside. He was loved and will be truly missed by all his family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lake Cowichan Animal Rescue Society or the Lake Cowichan food Bank.
