Tribute
It is with deep sorrow and endless love that we mourn the passing of Jocelyne Hamilton of Duncan, BC. Jocelyne passed away peacefully on October 11, 2023, at the age of 69.
Jocelyne was the loving wife of the late Victor Barton.
She is survived by her adoring children, Herb Hamilton and Jennifer Lemay, and her grandchildren, Soleil and Oliver Hamilton, who were her greatest joys. She is also survived by her extended family, Emily, Jorgia, Dylan, and Abigail.
She was predeceased by her parents, Lucille Larcher, and Lucien Remillard, and siblings, Bernadette Rocheleau, Gerry, Denis, Richard, and Marcel Remillard. She is survived by her brothers Rejean, Louis, Robert, and Jean-Guy Remillard.
Jocelyne was an incredible mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Her smile lit up the room. She had a gift for making people feel special. Jocelyne will forever be lovingly remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
