From: mike coleman
Relation: friend and business relationship

Hugh started Duncan Printcraft in 1971 and the company retained me as a new lawyer in town, which meant a lot to me. That special relationship deepened over the years and of course when I started on Duncan City Council (in 1973) I was fortunate to work with Ellen, so the ties strengthened. With poetry books and political pamphlets, we maintained a good connection. But I always remembered, and very much appreciated, the start and the support. My deepest condolences to the family.
