Edna died peacefully at the Cowichan District Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband, Reg, her son, Jack, and is survived by her son Ron and step-children, Pat, Wendy, Allan, and Judy. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada. A mass will be held at St. Edward's Catholic Church at 2085 Maple Bay Road, Duncan, at 11 A.M., on Wednesday, July 9, with a reception at 1:30 P.M. at Sherwood House, 280 Government Street, Duncan, B.C. Dear Mr Keen and family
I truly enjoyed my conversations and time with Edna. Although I didn’t know Edna’s family I did meet Ron and his wife at Sherwood when I was delivering Edna’s Avon orders. She was a classy lady who always dressed beautifully and loved her total beauty care.Edna wasn’t feeling very well the last time I visited her and I hope she passed without distress. My sincere condolences to all of you.
