Tribute
It’s with great sadness and heartache that we have to announce the passing of our beautiful, and loving dad, Barry. Barry was born in Victoria B.C. He’s predeceased by his parents Thomas and Eileen Pelter and oldest son Kevin. He leaves behind his beautiful children, his pride and joys. Darryl (Donna), Trevor (Keith), Chelsea (Derek), Shane, Dallas (Elisha), Haylee (Tanner) and Brent (Connor). And his adoring grandchildren Halle, Blake, Jayden, Nellie, Jackson, Lilly, Bella, Bailey, and two boys due in July. He also leaves behind his loving sister, Elaine and niece Carrie, niece Christine (Darryl). Along with best friend’s Sue, Darlene, Blair, Doug and the Island Pacific Boys & Family. His WCPF family, fellow co-workers over the 45 years at the Crofton Mill. Barry has so many wonderful friends and organizations he belonged to, unfortunately we can’t list you all, but, you know who you are and we recognize the friendships and hearts our dad touched. We would like to give a very big thank you to Dr. Polanco and nurses Sandra, Abby, Michaela and all the staff at Cowichan District Hospital for all their love and support for our dad over the past 3 months. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Canadian Lung Association A celebration of life will be held on Saturday. May 4th at 2pm. Mellor’s Hall, 7380 Trans-Canada Hwy, Duncan, BC
