Tribute
It is with profound sadness that we annouce the sudden passing of our beloved mother, who lost her valiant battle with cancer at the Cowichan District Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was predecased by her grandson Mikey in 2004. Sharon is survived by her adoring parents Albin and Georgina Falt, husband Leon Smith and her daughters Deanna Schmidt (Ron), Gina Young (Shawn) and Shauna Thomas (Mike Vipond), her “favorite” only brother Bernie Falt, sisters Camille Wright (Rich) and Theresa Bodger (Don), grandchildren Andrea La, Danielle Schmidt, Kadeyn and Trinity Vipond and nephews, Derek Wright (Diana) and Tyler Wright.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at 12:00 PM at St. Edwards Church, 2085 Maple Bay Road, Reception to follow. Being that Mom was never one for formalities, please dress in whatever you are most comfortable. Purple is encouraged as that was her favorite color.
