It is with bittersweet sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father and grandfather after a brief battle with cancer.
Bill was born in Manchester, England in 1935 and immigrated with his wife, Sylvia to Canada, via Australia, in 1972. Trained as a psychiatric nurse in England, Bill devoted himself to a life long career in the mental health field and will be fondly remembered by those whose lives he touched.
Bill leaves behind his wife Sylvia, his children Karen Lovette (son-in-law Kevin Lovette) and Russ Massey (daughter-in-law Jessica Wilson); his granddaughters Kayla Lovette, Emily & Molly Massey; his sister Margaret Williams (brother-in-law Maurice) in Coventry, England as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Harvest House Food Bank – arrangements can be made through Lynn Morrison 250-246-9060. No service by request.
