Walter Dyck

Tribute
Walter passed away January 15 at Victoria General Hospital.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Patricia (Pat); sons Terry (Donna) and Norman (Libbie); daughter-in-law Bonnie; grandchildren Nicole, Candice (Matt), Kyle (Alecia) and Allyson; great grandchildren Kainan and Skye; sisters Rose, Chris and Susan; and many nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by son Larry, in October.
The family would like to thank Dr. Kim Grymaloski for his care of Walter over the years. As per Walt’s request, there will be no service. Family will gather at a later date.

Relation: He was my baseball coach and father of childhood playmates.
I was very sorry to see that Walt had recently passed. My condolences to all of the Dyck Family. I have great memories of benefitting from the great coaching, sense of humour and respect that Walt provided to me as a young boy playing baseball at Copley Field! He truly was one of the very important adults in my life and one I won’t forget. Thank you Walt!!
