Vicky O'Brien

October 29, 1960 - January 15, 2023

Tribute

It is with great sadness to share the loss of Vicky Lynn O’Brien, our Mother, Sister, Aunt, Niece, Cousin, and Friend. Vicky was predeceased by her late husband John O’Brien in 1996. After a long battle with lung disease Vicky is now at peace. Vicky was born and raised on Vancouver Island, her forever home, where she made many wonderful memories with friends and family from Campbell River to the Cowichan Valley area. In spite of her battles in life Vicky truly had a big heart, a great sense of humour, and an inspiring strength to keep going. The legacy Vicky leaves behind will forever fill our hearts and will continue to inspire and empower us to keep giving our best regardless of what life brings.
We would like to thank the ICU team at the Cowichan District hospital for your care and comfort you provided Vicky during her last days.
A small private celebration of life will be held in the warmer and sunnier days.
