VAN NES: Stanley Charles “Dusty Stan”
Passed away peacefully April 2, 2011, following a courageous battle with cancer, at the Cowichan District Hospital. Lovingly remembered by his family; wife Jean; children; Rodney (Connie), Erin (Kyle) Woodley, Pauline (Curtis) Kowaliuk, Denise (Steve) Girard and Michelle (Jonathon) Kraeker; grandchildren; Jamie, Justin, Cody, Bailey, Ryan, Jordan, Jaden, Mandy and Christopher; siblings; Doreen, Shirley, Raymond and Pat.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the family home, 6033 Avondale Place, Duncan, BC on Saturday, April 10, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. At Stan’s request there will be no formal service. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Cowichan Valley Hospice Society 3122 Gibbins Road Duncan, BC V9L 1G2. Online condolences may be offered at www.hwwallacecbc.com
