I just want to correct a couple of mistakes on Simon’s obituary. It should read, Jamie Mickelow, and Daniel Nelson OF Victoria. Simon and I were married 18 1/2 very good years, seventeen of them here in our home in Lake Cowichan. I do believe that it doesn’t matter so much how we started life, but how we end it. Three years ago, I became seriously ill and wasn’t expected to live. Simon took care of me, including laundry, cooking, dishes and everything else to help me through. All he did was above and beyond! My family all loved him. Although I am so thankful his suffering is over, he will be greatly missed greatly missed.
