It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Robin I.L. MacDowell (Gopher)
in Duncan, BC on August 19th, 2010. Survived by his children, Christopher & Sarah, Mother Barbara Stone, Brothers Peter (Gayle) MacDowell, Douglas (Margaret) MacDowell. Gopher leaves behind many cousins, nieces and nephews and special friends. Ther will be no service as requested by Robin. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice. Gopher was a long time friend of my late husband Gord Gammie. Gopher and Gord had many good laughs and good times together throughout the years. I met Gopher years ago and once again had nothing but laughs all night. My husband was very fond of Gopher. My deepest sympathy’s go out to his children and family. Vickie Gammie
