Ray Bergquist

Tribute
Passed away peacefully on April 25, 2015 at the Cowichan District Hospital, Duncan, B.C. Ray was born on December 5th, 1935 in Vancouver, B.C. He was the beloved husband of 58 years to Heidi and loving father to Barbara Bergquist, Michael Bergquist (Dianne), Teresa Loucks (Greg) and Mary-Lou Schroeder (Wes), cherished grandfather of Ray, Brandy, Melisa, Kimberly, Crystal, Melanie, Sarah, Leanne, Daniel, Dylan, Nolan as well as many great grandchildren. Ray was also the dear brother of Meg (Phil) and Robert (Brenda) and his “oldest sister” Margaret.
He will be sadly missed by his friends and relatives.
A service will be held in Ray’s honour at a later date in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
Memorial Donations to the Parkinson’s Society or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
