Tribute
Roberton, Nellie Noreen (nee White), passed away peacefully at Cowichan District Hospital in Duncan, BC, on October 30, 2010 at the age of 99 years. Predeceased by her husband, Fred “Spruce” in 1988, son Ken in 1954, and 3 brothers and 5 sisters. Nellie is survived by her children, Lorne “Robbie” (Gloria) of Trenton, ON, Jack “Chick” of Peterborough, ON, and Jean (Doug) Greene of Duncan, BC; sisters Myrle Dunkley of Tisdale, SK, and Lillian Brown of Prince George, BC, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Great-great grandchildren. She will be missed by many other relatives and friends.
Rest in peace Momma you were and are greatly loved and sadly missed by all of us. A memorial service will be held at the Tisdale Cemetery in Schumacher, ON at a later date.
