Greenhorn Maxine Evelyn (nee Elliott)
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Maxine
on September 13th, 2010 in Cowichan District Hospital. Mom was born on November 24th, 1929 in New Westminster, British Columbia.
Predeceased by her loving husband Tom and her parents Frank and Evelyn. Maxine was greatly loved and will be dearly missed by her four children, Suzanne (Phil) Jones, Danny (Sue), Rob and Rick (Debbie). Also left to mourn are her precious grandchildren, Jason (Jennifer), Ron, Shelby, Kevin and Wanda Jones and her three great-granddaughters, Shaelynn, Jasmine and Lux, her extended family and many friends.
A celebration of life memorial will be held on Friday, September 24th, 2010
from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Cowichan Lake Centennial Hall (lower) 309 South Shore Rd.
