Uncle Neil & Aunt Debbie are saddened by the passing of our wonderful, caring and kind niece, Mandi. Although it was been many years when we saw her last, she was always in our thoughts and blessings. Mandi had the most contagious laugh that brought such joy to the people around her. The Lord now has another Angel with him.
