Emrick: Linda Maureen (nee Hagel) – passed away suddenly as a result of a traffic accident on Saturday June 6, 2009. Born in Richmond, BC on December 13, 1962. Predeceased by her father Christian Hagel, brother Greg Hagel and sister Carol Wegleightner. Lovingly remembered by her family; mother Marion Hagel; sons; Tyler and Jesse Emrick; her partner Mike Parsons; brothers Barry, Stephen and Donald Hagel; as well as numerous other family and friends.
Linda’s smile would light up any room and she was always ready with a hug. She spent many hours riding her Harley, and was a true enthusiast. Devoted mother, loving spouse, and wonderful friend. Linda was loved by all who knew her.
A Celebration of Linda’s life will be held at the Moose Lodge, 2244 Moose Road, Duncan BC on Friday June 26, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Memorial remembrances may be made in the form of a donation to the Port Alberni Toy Run, PO Box 1352, Port Alberni, BC V9Y 7M2.
