Tribute
Lillian Joan Reason (Steven), 88, died on the morning of 24th December 2023 at Cowichan District Hospital.
She was predeceased by sister Terry in 1966, mother Lucy in 1977, father John Steven in 1985, daughter Carollyn in 2011, husband Gary in 2016, and numerous cats and dogs over her lifetime.
She is survived by son Ron (Maria), grandson Lee (Junko), granddaughter Amber, and two great-grandsons.
Thank you to Dr Trevor Tsang, The BC Cancer Clinics in Duncan and Victoria, Mann’s Prescription Pharmacy iy in Duncan, and a special thank you to Christine for her help and care.

Joan was my babysitter 60+ years ago. She was such fun and we enjoyed the evenings she spent with us. Later, she was my neighbour on Vaux Road. She was a quiet but happy neighbour. She appeared a strong woman and was respected by the community. Alison Shiell (nee Kershaw)
