The family of Kathleen (Katie/Kate) Patricia Wood Charlie Sapala announce the passing of their cherished daughter on Dec 27, 2024.
Kate suffered many losses throughout her life, the worst being June 4, 2024 when she lost her soulmate Christopher.
Despite hardships Kate was a cheerful, loving person with a zest for life. She leaves behind her parents Tom and Anne, brother Daniel, sister Tracey, daughter Holly, nephew Tristan as well as five grandchildren (Austin, Edward, Kassandra, Kiyah and Lincoln).
The family extend their gratitude to Thompson Community Services in particular Steve Young and the TCS Team for many years of support and caring.
A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 pm January 27, 2025, at H. W. Wallace Cremation & Burial Centre, 2853 Roberts Rd, Duncan.
