Tribute
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Glen Allen Dumond.
Glen passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family.
Glen will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 52 yrs Cheryl and his children Mark (Treena) , Maria ( Howard) and Tracy. His grandchildren Hayley, Josh , Emma, Justin, Jordan, Jennifer, Seleana, Devin, Ashley, Gracey and Carson. As well as great grandchildren.
He also leaves behind a brother Dick and sisters Betty and Jean as well as many nieces and nephews on both sides.
The last year of Glen’s life a special little great granddaughter was born. Little Miss Avaya brought him so much joy and he so looked forward to visiting with her regularly.
Glen was an avid reader and loved walking daily, he figured he’d walked the island twice.
Although his health slowing took all his enjoyments away, NEVER did he once complain!!
I’d like to thank both Drs Nadine Robertson and Willie Pewarchuk
We could not have asked for better care for Glen!!!
You will be missed Glen especially at our annual Parksville reunion!!!
There will be no service by request. The family will have a special memorial at our happy place in Parksville this summer..
