Tribute
Florence Elizabeth Coulter (Flo) passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer with her husband and family by her side. Flo was born in Victoria BC and spent her entire life there until she and dad retired to their home in Duncan. She was the dearly loved wife of Robert Coulter for over 54 years. Flo will forever be remembered by her loving children Marilyn Ord (Mark), and Kevin Coulter (Dahlia), her devoted sister Marilyn Gerrad and family along with countless other friends and family who were blessed to know her. Flo was happiest in the company of friends and family and both she and dad loved entertaining at their home overlooking Quamichan Lake. The family would like to thank; Dr. Robinson, Dr. Swann, and Dr. Troung for their compassionate care over the years, the staff at Royal Jubilee Hospital South Wing and the BC Hospice in Victoria. Special thanks to her lifelong friends and bedside Angels, Bev, Val, Betty, Mil, Joyce and many others who took such compassionate care of her in her final days. You will be forever loved and missed Mom. No service by request. A memorial reception will be held for the family at a later date. It is with sadness I heard of Aunt Flo’s passing. I have many precious memories of her from her visits to Keewatin and my visit to BC. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
