Dorothy (Dot) Morrow
February 5, 1929 - January 22, 2018
Tribute
Dot passed away peacefully early Monday morning, surrounded by love.
Dot was predeceased by her beloved Bill whom she missed every day from the moment he passed away until she joined him forever. Dot was also predeceased by her daughters Victoria and Kim, her son David and her granddaughter Kendal. She is survived by many children, step children, grandchildren and great grandchildren who she adored. She is also survived by many caring friends who will miss her. Dot loved to bake and cook for friends, friends of friends and all those around her! Her famous chocolate chip cookies and butter tarts will also be missed by all.
The family would like to thank Dr. Nadine Robertson who has looked after Dorothy for many years, her caring and compassion were truly amazing and appreciated.
A special thank you to all of Dorothy’s many friends who were such a big part of her life.
No service by request. However, there will be a potluck meal to celebrate Dorothy on January 28 at 11:30 am at Mill Bay Community League Hall.

Our condolences to Dorothy’s family. We first met Dorothy in 1986 when we bought the gas station at Berkey’s corner. Dorothy was working at the store and we soon became friends. Dorothy and Bill also became great friends with my parents and we spent many evenings together. Dorothy loved to cook. Always making Roger raisin pies and date squares. The picture I am attaching is of our 25th anniversary in 1991. Dorothy planned and prepared a wonderful dinner for our family and friends. Such a great friend. Compassionate and caring. We will miss her a lot.
