Mel, Eileen and family,
I was so sorry to read of Doreen’s death. She was just the best neighbour a person could ever have. Her dog, Alex and my dog, Rosie were good friends and we walked and visited together often. I was thrilled when she met Mel and married so very happily. I will surely miss her fun emails and brave letters. She always kept in touch with Christmas cards and it was so nice to occasionally see her shopping in Duncan. Go in peace, my friend – you will be sorely missed.
