Tribute
Diane Kneisler, born Janice Diane Popplestone, passed away peacefully at home from a lengthy illness, surrounded by her loved ones.
Diane was predeceased by her son Raymond Relke, her Mom Margaret Popplestone (Nee) McLean, her Dad Raymond Popplestone, her sisters Margaret Renshaw and Donna Heck and her brother Bryan Popplestone.
She is survived by her loving Husband Ed Kneisler, her Daughter Kerie Evoy (Nee) Relke, son in law Bill Evoy, Grandchildren Ashley Evoy, Kelly Evoy, Keanna Evoy and Andrew Evoy, her sisters Louise Campbell, Lynn Bright, Debbie Kosmoski, Brenda Baillie, plus many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
Diane was well Loved wherever she went. She made numerous friends and was very outgoing. She was an Army Brat and moved around a lot, mostly between BC and Alberta.
Diane married the love of her life, Ed Kneisler, on May, 8 1993. He was a very loving and supportive Husband who took great care of her until her passing. He is a great Step Dad and Loving Grandpa.
Diane worked at Red Wing Shoes in Edmonton Alberta. She always had good things to say about her co-workers. She enjoyed working there and had fun and laughs on a daily basis.
She has worked in many different places since she was about 15 years old. One of her favorite jobs that she had was working as a Cashier at Country Grocer in Duncan BC. She had lots of fond memories of working there and loved her co-workers. She was quite heartbroken when it was sold and became Thrifty Foods.
Diane was a great lady, Wife, Mother, Grandmother and friend.
She will be fondly remembered by all who knew her and Always Loved and Missed.
