Debbie Welsh

April 7, 1961 - August 2, 2014

Tribute

It is with sorry and sadness we announce the sudden passing of Debbie on August 2, 2014. Debbie was born on April 7, 1961 in Creston, BC and was raised in Terrace, BC. She lived in Barrie, ON, Victoria, BC and made her home once she found true love in Duncan, BC.

Debbie was a loving mother to Colton, beloved wife to John, cherished daughter, sister, aunty and friend. Debbie worked tirelessly in the love and support of her family. Her total devotion of her son was inspirational. She was giving to a fault. Her loving personality will be missed by all that knew her.

No flowers by request – because of her love of “Jackson” and “Angel” donations may be made to the BC SPCA. A Celebration of Debbie’s Life will be announced at a later date.

Dear John and Colton! Our thoughts and prayers are with you both at this shocking and sad time. Debbie was a wonderful, kind, thoughtful and positively vivacious woman. She demonstrated her love for the two of you so much when she spoke of the family adventures you had. I am truly sorry to read about this loss of a wonderful lady. Please let us know if there is anything you need or that our family can do for you.

Trevor, Jordan, and I were so very sorry to hear of Debbie’s passing. We all have such great memories of her over the years, thinking back to the many many times we cheered together at the lacrosse games and took team road trips together. She was always so very proud of Colton. I remember her so often being the loudest cheerleader in the stands. Her energy was infectious. We had a lot of fun and will treasure those memories of her forever. I pray that time will help ease the pain of this loss as we all keep Debbie in our hearts and memories forever. She was a very special lady and will be sorely missed❤️. John and Colton, please call if you need anything at all…we are here for you.

John and Colton, we are so sorry for your loss. I will always remember her laughter and her awesome sense of humour. Debbie was the most devoted mom and husband I have ever met.
