Passed away peacefully at his home in Lake Cowichan, B.C.on July 21, 2014 He is predeceased by his parents Martin & Marie Tkachuk.
He leaves behind his daughters Danielle and Donna, son Darrell and grandsons Devin and Paxton, also best friend Mikey, brother Dan, sisters Carol and Donna as well a many friends & family. He will be forever in our hearts.

My condolences to Darrell’s family I’m sorry for your loss.. He was always really good to me as a kid, being my older brothers friend. He spent a lot of time at our house so I knew him well, back then. He was a good guy. RIP Darrell

I’ve never known a man that loved dancing as much as Darrell…and he was such a great lively and fun dance partner at the clubs. To this day when I hear a great tune I think of him and how much fun we had rippin up the dance floor! No resting in heaven for you buddy…it’s time to put those dancin shoes back on. So sorry for the loss to your family and friends
