Tribute
Craig Vernon Turner passed away peacefully in the Cowichan district hospital the morning of February 15, 2018 just shy of his 58th birthday.
Born in Victoria, BC, on March 14, 1960, he was the son of Mary Agnes and Robert Turner. Craig worked very hard for many years both of his own body shop business as well as Maxwell‘s auto yard.He enjoyed old cars and was somewhat of a hot rod enthusiast. In his heyday he was known as a genius when it came to motors.
Even though Craig suffered a lifetime of chronic pain and illness he is remembered as one of the most competent, strong, independent and honest individuals by his friends and family.
Craig is survived by his brother Kirk, his daughter Maureen, son-in-law David, His son Nathan, his granddaughters Dalys, Violet, and Jessalyn, his nephews Alex and Ben, his nieces Ashley and Katelyn , as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins, He Was predeceased by his father Robert and his mother Mary Agnes.
Memorial services will be held at the mill bay community hall at 10am-230pm on Saturday, February 24, 2018
