Ann Mabel Dufton

Tribute
It is with immense sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Ann Mable Dufton, on June 14, 2019. Ann was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Ann leaves behind her devoted husband, John Dufton; her daughter, Kate Cahill; her son, Ian Dufton; and, her beautiful grandchildren, Owen, Liam and Jackson. Ann was predeceased by her son, Jeremy Dufton (January 31, 2019).
Ann’s passions included quilting, reading and bird watching. Ann truly enjoyed nature and travelling. Ann had creative ideas and could always be counted on to provide a unique solution to any problem.
“We all love you forever and know that you are with Jeremy now. We are at peace knowing that you are no longer suffering.”
In keeping with Ann’s wishes there will be no services. In lieu of funeral services and to honor Ann, we ask all who wish to participate in honoring her memory to make a donation to a meaningful charity of your choice. Ann would wholeheartedly respect and appreciate that.

Relation: Our husbands worked together at prince George hospital and we became friends as a result
(I just heard about the death of Ann and, of course, Jeremy. I remember them both fondly from my time in Prince George. So sorry that we lost touch.
