Tribute
Amy Donati (nee Bee) was born December 2, 1919 in London, England. She was predeceased by her son, James Hamilton, in 1974 and by her husband, Anthony Donati, in 1989. Amy died July 28, 2013 in Chemainus, B.C. She is survived by her grand-children Lora-Lyn, Theresa, Jennifer and Stephen, by her sister Joan and brother Stanley, and by many friends in Chemainus. Amy was good-natured, steadfast, and gracious. Amy served in the British Army as a stenographer from the age of 19 until the age of 22. She was a resident of Chemainus since 1972.
Amy was a devoted member of St. Michael’s and All Angels Anglican Church in Chemainus, B.C. and at Amy’s request, please consider a donation to the Church in her memory in lieu of flowers.
A Memorial Service for Amy will be held at St. Michael’s and All Angels Anglican Church in Chemainus, B.C. on Saturday August 3, 2013 at 10 am. Amy’s ashes will be interred at the St. Michael’s and All Angels Church Cemetery.
