Aino Kyllikki Toljander

June 24, 1933 - March 3, 2021

Tribute

Aino was born June 24, 1933 in Vaasa, Finland and died March 3, 2021 in Duncan, BC. She is survived by her husband Kauko, they were married over 60 years. They met on Vancouver Island after emigrating to Canada. Together they built their family home and raised their children in Mill Bay
and just recently moved to Duncan.
Aino is also survived by her children Helen (Stan), Allan, Aaron and Andrew (Penny), her grandson Darren (Megan), granddaughters Kyla and Ashlyn and great granddaughter Avery. She was predeceased by her grandson Ryan.
There will be no formal service, a private family gathering will take place.

Mom was our treasure and we loved her beyond words.
